Meeting Rooms

Quail Creek has a variety of meeting rooms and venues to suit your needs.

Meetings Rooms are available in the following venues:

Madera Clubhouse:

  • Gold Room - Capacity 32 guests, overlooks the Golf Course Driving Range
  • Lounge (Copper Room) - Capacity 60 guests
  • Silver Room(s) - Capacity 80 guests; the room can be divided in half
  • Madera Clubhouse Patio - Capacity 56 guests, overlooks the Golf Course Driving Range

Anza Athletic Club

  • Cholla Studio - Studio features a multi-purpose floor, Suitable for meetings up to 40

The Grill at Quail Creek:

  • Board Room - Private seating for 8 to 12 guests. Call The Grill at Quail Creek, 520-393-5806 to reserve.

Kino Conference Center - Conference, Saguaro, Mesquite and Octotillo Rooms

Pickleball Ramada - Residents can reserve the Pickleball Ramada(s) through Epifania Torres. To request a reservation, please email Epifania.Torres@Robson.com. Epi will coordinate with the Pickleball Club to secure the booking in their reservation system. No room request form is required for Ramada reservations.
