Do I need to contact the Patrol about arriving guests?

If guests are arriving Quail Creek after 8:30 PM, please call the Gatehouse (393­2941) the day of or the day before their expected arrival, and provide the Patrol the requested information.

Note: GPS systems frequently route visitors to the rear gate. It is recommended that visitors use the Gatehouse address (1450 E. Quail Crossing Blvd) when programming a GPS. The Gatehouse will provide visitors with maps and directions as needed.

What are the hours of operation for the Patrol?

The Patrol staffs the Gatehouse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The mobile Patrol truck (phone 520-631-­0075) is also on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Should I call Patrol in the event of an emergency?

In an emergency ALWAYS call 911 first. If it is convenient to contact the Gatehouse or mobile after calling 911, please do. There are times when the Patrol can assist the resident and/or the first response team. The Patrol is always willing and able to assist with non­-emergencies, e.g., water leaks, dead car batteries, escorting visitors, unit party’s, estate sales or traffic control.

Who do I call to report a snake?

Rattlesnakes are important members of the desert community. They are largely responsible for controlling the vast population of desert rodents. However, if you spot a snake in your yard and want it removed, the Green Valley Fire Department, 520-629-9200, provides snake removal services. Please continue to note the location of the snake, until the Fire Department arrives.
