We would like to remind residents that according to the Association policy, common areas are to remain natural. Residents are not permitted to plant or place anything in common areas. Doing so carries a fine of up to $1000. The Association may remove anything that it deems inappropriate from all common areas. If you have placed anything in these common areas and wish to keep them, please consider removing them. Examples include but are not limited to plants, solar lights, and birdhouses.
