Quail Creek Unit 35A Villas Association



The Villas are designed to enjoy a "Lock & Leave" type of living for homeowners to enjoy a carefree lifestyle. Villas in Unit 35A belong to the Quail Creek Unit 35A Villas Association as well as the Quail Creek Property Owners Association, which is the Master Association.

The Villas are governed by the current Quail Creek POA, CC&Rs, and Rules and Regulations. Villa owners have access to the clubhouse, restaurants, fitness center, golf, etc. Villa homeowners also have an additional HOA Maintenance Fee. The additional HOA Maintenance Fee covers hazard insurance, exterior paint/roof/window maintenance, front and backyard landscaping, and landscaping and maintenance of common areas within the Villas. Homeowners are responsible for their property taxes and personal insurance.
