Quail Creek's Maintenance Department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all Quail Creek owned building facilities, common areas, streets, parking lot lights, property block walls, tennis, bocce ball and pickleball courts, swimming pools, and dog park. Community common-area landscaping and maintenance is also included.
The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for landscaping and maintenance of all Quail Creek Golf courses and surrounding desert common areas that are not maintained by the Maintenance Department.
Homeowners can report building/facility maintenance or common-area landscaping issues needing attention. A Resident Concern Form is available to submit online. Forms are also are available at the Madera Clubhouse Concierge Desk. After a homeowner fills out and submits the form, it is sent to the General Manager who routes it to the appropriate department/staff member for disposition.
